Our Origin

Last year, I took off and landed 51 times. Spending that much time in the air gives you an intimate, exhausting look at the modern aviation industry. It is highly complex, massively tech-driven, and incredibly flawed for the end traveler. I realized that every major Online Travel Agency (OTA) treats a flight as nothing more than a price tag. They sort from cheapest to most expensive, completely ignoring the human reality of the journey. They don’t account for the tight 40-minute connection that will cause you to miss your flight, the lack of legroom, or the fact that landing at an airport an hour outside the city will cost you an extra €80 in taxi surges. I knew there had to be a better way to look at travel data. That is why I created Bookingflights.ai. We built this engine to scout the scattered data across the web, shifting the focus away from just the base fare and onto what actually matters: safety, comfort, carbon footprint, and destination transit logic. We compress those complex data points into an easy-to-read scale so you can find the flight that actually fits your life.
